Just as Quality in the 90"s and Reengineering at the turn of the century, Innovation is the theme of the moment. However, talks on Innovation are often filled with examples of companies that have already innovated - with the disadvantage of explaining neither how they did it nor the steps to achieve similar outcomes.
This lecture is aimed at business leaders, entrepreneurs and executives of high-growth companies, provided they have their own teams and individual performance goals for the business. Intended to healthy enterprises, with baseline matters such as financial controls already covered, so to prioritize business growth as the main goal.
In the lecture, Renato Santos addresses the concept of innovation and the best way to apply it. He discusses uncomfortable issues, such as how to measure the innovative capacity of a team and the metrics needed to assess its results. And outlines the potentially innovative teams – so that participants may know if their own companies hold the necessary conditions to achieve the outcomes.
Renato also addresses the components of an innovative business environment and the requirements for Innovation to flourish. This will allow you to plan your business Innovation process, bringing it from "enlightened creativity" to "planned development".
This presentation lasts 60 to 75 minutes and may be supplemented with additional 15 to 30 minutes for questions. It may be delivered either in English or Spanish.
