In this video, you will see part of Renato Santos’ work during the 2014 season of "The Apprentice". This is the first of three on this season which will be presented here.

For the second season acting as an advisor for the anchor Roberto Justus, this time in partnership with the playwright Cacá Rosset, Renato’s role was again to advise the presenter on the evaluation of the competitors, recommending either the dismissal or a new chance to the participants.

In this season ("Celebrities") some well-known faces of the Brazilian public were placed in business situations to assess their ability to decide, act and achieve good results. It was a hard dispute that ended in an unprecedented triple final round, in which prevailed the former volleyball player and social activist Ana Moser.
